Ordering Online

Nitro Toyz offers you a secure online ordering system where you can shop and send your order to us instantly with no hassles 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. If you are not familiar with online ordering, here are a few information points:

Secure Ordering

Online ordering is very secure. Your information is transmitted to us using SSL technology and then it is stored in a Yahoo Store location which is backed by both Yahoo’s security and it is reviewed for security by HackerSafe daily. To order any item, simply go to the Item page by clicking on a picture of the item on any of the category pages or the home page. Once you are on a Item page, you will see an Add to Cart button. You can change the quantity before or after you Add to Cart. When you add an item to your Shopping Cart, you are under no obligation to continue the process.

We DO NOT change the price of your item when it hits the shopping cart. This is a tactic that stores use to avoid their Manufacturer’s minimum advertised price guidelines.

Backorders

If an Item is backordered, you can still place an order for that item. We will not charge your credit card until your order is ready for shipment. We can find out an estimated date of delivery from the manufacturer before or after you place a backorder, just let us know.

View My Cart

When you have place all of the items in your cart and you are ready to checkout, just click on the View My Cart button at the top of the page. You will be taken to our secure checkout server with Yahoo where you can enter all of your billing information. From your Shopping cart, you can find out the shipping cost by entering your zip code and selecting the shipping method. Please note, the system only uses the zip code to estimate shipping.

The Checkout Process

There are three simple steps to the checkout process. Your order is not complete and your card is not processed until you Confirm all of your information in Step 3.

Step 1 – Enter Shipping & Billing Information

When you select “Proceed to Checkout” from the Shopping cart, you will be taken to the first step which is Shipping & Billing Information.

On this page, you will enter your Address, your credit card information and your email address. Please remember that your address must match the address that your credit card company has on file. If it does not match, our system will flag the order and we cannot proceed until we have the correct billing address. See our policiy for Shipping to an Alternate Address for more information. You may also pay using PayPal. When you select the PayPal button, you will be taken to our account with PayPal where you can enter your PayPal ID and proceed with a PayPal transaction. You will be brought back to our site when the PayPal process is complete.

Please be sure to enter a valid email address that you check regularly. This is the quickest and easiest way for us to communicate with you regarding your order.

Lastly, we welcome and encourage you to rate our store. If your visit was anything less than Excellent, we really want to know what we can do to improve. Our goal is to make Nitro Toyz your favorite place to shop for all your RC needs.

When you have entered all of your information, Select Review Order.

Step 2 – Review Order

On this page, you will see the contents of your cart and the shipping charges based on the shipping method you chose and your location.

Review your order and the shipping & billing information you entered and be sure they are correct. If you need to make any changes, select the edit button in the Ship To area or the Back to Shopping Cart button near the bottom of the page.
