Shipping

We use both FedEx and UPS to ship our packages.

Ground Shipping takes between 1 and 4 days depending on your location. Click Here to see Delivery Estimates based on your location. During the holiday season, we will process and ship orders SAME DAY if you order before 3:30 pm CST.

If you need it faster, you may choose UPS 3 Day Select or UPS 2nd Day Air® during checkout. Our store generates an automated price from UPS based on your address and the weight of the item. Since UPS is not always the least expensive alternative, we will check FedEx when we get your order and ship with the cheaper alternative, crediting you the cost when applicable. You may also give us a call if you would like to get a quote on FedEx shipping charges for 2-day or 3-day shipping.

We currently are shipping within the U.S and Canada only. Orders with addresses outside of these areas will not be processed.

Shipping to an Alternate Address

Backorders

You can order items even if they are backordered. You will only be charged the one shipping charge for orders containing backorders. You can contact us before or after you place your order for an estimated delivery date.

Payment

We accept the following major credit cards:
Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

We only ship to the billing address of your credit card.
If you regularly ship orders to an address other than your credit card billing address, please consider contacting your credit card company and requesting that the alternate address be added to your account. This will cause you fewer delays, not only at Nitro Toyz, but with other online merchants as well. (Shipping products to alternate addresses is a big flag for credit card companies indicating possible fraud and they are happy to help you in any way to ensure the safe use of your credit card while shopping on-line).

We also accept payment through PayPal.

You can be assured that PayPal is a completely secure and simple way for you to pay for most purchases. You can pay from your credit card, your bank account or even e-checks without anyone except PayPal seeing your financial information.

In order to prevent fraud, we cannot accept payments from PayPal accounts that are unconfirmed.

All Online payments are processed on Certified Secure Servers using Yahoo! eCommerce solutions or PayPal payment processing depending on the payment method you select. Your credit card information is communicated using the latest encryption technology (Secure Socket Layers) that ensures safety and confidentiality.
